Q: Are all your products recycled?
A: Our commitment to sustainable practices is solely focused on providing recycled, recyclable, reusable and Fair Trade products that promote environmental and social responsibility. Our elegant, eco-friendly products make a difference globally; beginning with the manufacturer, the distributor, through our Eco Earth Manor, and ultimately into your home in support of your commitment to an earth friendly lifestyle. In regards to the shipping products we use, we try to use USPS boxes if we can, in order to pass on the best possible shipping/handling charges to our customers. All other packaging and correspondence is always recycled and/or recyclable, and we encourage you to reuse it if you can, and recycle it if you can't. If your package comes with peanuts for safe shipping, they are biodegradable in water.

Q. Explain the colors on the baskets from Basket Africa.
A: Each basket is unique and entirely hand-made. Although we can't guarantee exact colors or designs, we will accommodate general color requests you make in the Special Comments field at checkout.

Q. Explain how to reshape the baskets from Basket Africa.
A: We occasionally fold the baskets for optimum shipping. This does no harm to the integrity of the baskets. All that needs to be done is wet the baskets in warm water, and then reshape to your liking. The baskets will dry in whatever shape you put them in!

Q: How can I view the status of My Order?
A: Providing you have created an account, you can click on the "Customer Care" link at the top of any page, then, "My Account." After you have signed in, you can click on "Orders History" to check the status of the order you wish to view.

Q: How can I view or change my Account Profile?
A: Click on the "Customer Care" link at the top of any page, then, "My Account." After you have signed in, you can click on "Modify Profile" to view and/or make any changes to your profile.

Q: What is your Return Policy?
A: If our products do not absolutely delight you, please contact us 360-446-1446 so that we may assist you in the return of your items. We will be happy to accept the return of any unsatisfactory product if received back in our office within 15 days of delivery. We shall generate a Return Authorization Number and email you instructions on how and where to send back your items. Once we receive your return, we will issue a store credit to our Website in the form of a Gift Certificate for the initial purchase price. Products returned for store credit must contain at least half of our original product. Please note that we do not offer credit back to your charge card and that both the original shipping fees and your return shipping cannot be included in the credit. If your order was damaged during delivery, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery receipt. To contact us, please call 360-446-1446 or email us at info@ecoearthmanor.com. Please keep all packaging materials so that we may successfully file an insurance claim on your behalf.

Q: I Forgot My Password. How do I find it out?
A: Click on the "Customer Care" link at the top of any page, then click on "My Account." There is a link on this page to recover your password. You'll need to enter your email address and we shall send it to you immediately.

Q: What will my Shipping Costs be?
A: As soon as you add an item to your shopping cart, there is a Shipping Estimator table you can make use of to calculate your shipping options.

Q: How long before my Order Ships?
A: We maintain a 48 hour Shipping Policy. Your order will ship within 48 hours of placement. Weekend and holiday orders will process the next business day and ship the day after.
