We now offer Local Pickup & Delivery in the Tacoma/Olympia/Yelm/Rainier area!
Minimum Order for Delivery is $50, and delivery for Tacoma is the second Wednesday of the month and for Olympia/Yelm/Rainier is the first & third Wednesdays of the month! 
Upcoming Delivery Dates: Tacoma: July 13 & Aug 10; Olympia/Yelm/Rainier: July 20; Aug 3 & 17! 
Choose the "Will Call" option for shipping. For Pickups, we will call you to schedule date/time.

Our Customer Service team is always readily available to support our customers. We strive to answer all questions within 24 hours, and usually the same day, during the work week (Mon-Fri). Any questions or inquiries on Saturday or Sunday will be promptly answered on the following Monday.

Placing an Order
Simply place your desired items in the shopping cart and proceed with our secure checkout system using your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal. Payment information is transmitted via secure socket layer (SSL) encrypted software and you may complete the entire ordering process through our Website knowing it is a completely secure transaction.

Shipping Information
Shipping and handling charges are based on the combined merchandise weight of each order shipped to a single address. Most orders will ship through the US Postal Service, and all orders will ship within 48 hours of placement, if not sooner. Although the postal service does not guarantee a certain number of days for delivery, usual delivery time is 3 - 10 business days.

We try to use USPS boxes if we can, in order to pass on the best possible shipping & handling charges to our customers. All other packaging and correspondence is always recycled and/or recyclable, and we encourage you to reuse it if you can, and recycle it if you can't. If your package comes with peanuts for safe shipping, the majority of the time they are biodegradable in water unless they have been reused by us.

We also offer shipping via UPS. UPS offers full tracking capability and a guaranteed delivery time. When a UPS delivery method is selected, you will receive an email notification from UPS with a tracking number and a scheduled delivery date. A physical address is required for UPS delivery as UPS will not deliver to a PO Box.

International Shipments
Eco Earth Manor is pleased to accommodate our International Customers. To ensure that our product reaches the recipient safely and in a timely manner, we ship via Priority Mail International or Express Mail International, both fully insured and trackable mail services. Regarding our International shipping costs, regretfully, we had to change our International shipping to a "fully insured" service as too many packages were going missing; therefore, we only offer Priority Mail International and Express Mail International for international shipments.

Processing Your Order
Due to the time and preparation involved with processing International orders, a handling fee has been incorporated into our shipping cost. Processing of International packages must be completed in person at a United States Postal Service facility.

Delivery Time
Although Priority Mail International and Express Mail International do not provide a guaranteed number of days for delivery, usual delivery times is within 3 - 10 business days, pending normal Customs clearance. Customers must wait a reasonable time for an international item to be transported to and delivered in the foreign country before initiating an inquiry. Please wait 15 business days from the mailing date before making an inquiry with Eco Earth Manor.

Customs Fees
Recipient of package is responsible for any and all duties or taxes incurred by Customs. All items entering a foreign country are subject to Customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. If duties and taxes are assessed on an item mailed, they are collected from the recipient. In addition, for most countries, there is an administrative fee that is collected from the recipient to cover the costs of clearing the item through Customs and collecting duties and taxes. Eco Earth Manor is not responsible for duties or fees incurred by Customs, nor can we provide an estimate of the cost of potential duties that may be assessed to a particular package.

Return Policy
If our products do not absolutely delight you, please contact us at 360-446-1446 so that we may assist you in the exchange or return of your items. We will be happy to accept the return of any unsatisfactory product if received back in our office within 15 days of delivery. We shall generate a Return Authorization Number and email you instructions on how and where to send back your items. Once we receive your return, we will be happy to exchange the items or issue a store credit to our Website in the form of a Gift Certificate for the initial purchase price. Products returned for exchange or store credit must be in original, new condition. Please note that we do not offer credit back to your charge card and that both the original shipping fees and your return shipping cannot be included in the credit.

If your order was damaged during delivery, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery receipt. To contact us, please call 360-446-1446 or by email at info@ecoearthmanor.com. Please keep all packaging materials so that we may successfully file an insurance claim on your behalf.

Sales Tax
The applicable sales tax will be applied to all purchases whose shipping address has a destination within Washington State.
